Stock Products Returns and Exchanges Policy

We accept returns and exchanges within 14 days of your order being delivered. All returns/exchanges must be shipped back to us after contacting a representative at Exxact Sports via our Phone Number or E-Mail. We will E-Mail you the return label, however you will be responsible for printing it out and shipping out your return. Returns will be evaluated after arrival into our warehouse and refunds will show in your account 3-5 days after issuance. If you are not satisfied with the sizing or color on a product, please E-Mail us as soon as possible within the 14-day period and we will provide a label for the product to be shipped back to us and ship out the exchanged product only after the original is verified at our warehouse.

Custom Products Policy

We do not allow returns or exchanges on customized apparel or gear items. Name/Number and color/logo customization are very unique to the buyer and all sales are final. If you have an issue with the workmanship or quality of an item, please reach out to us and we will try to make it right.

Order Status

If you have any questions about your order status, please contact us and we will be happy to provide you with the Tracking Information. Please keep in mind that after we hand over your order to the shipping carrier, we have no control on how quickly it arrives to you. Note, we ship products within 24-48 hours of your order being placed. Thank you for your understanding.
